

IMK have launched an internet marketing campaign at the
request of a company which provides home surveys, prior
to the installation of cavity wall and loft insulation.

Traditionally, they had relied on telesales and other
conventional advertising to generate business, plus leads
sold to them by those installation companies who are unable
to carry out their own surveys.
Now the boot is on the other foot. Initially
operating out of the West Country alone, our clients are
selling qualified leads to reputable installers throughout
the UK. This is during the height of the summer period
- at a time when insulating homes against the cold might
be the last thing on anyone's mind!!
As they recently informed us, their out-sourced telesales
were generating hundreds of leads, though less than 1%
of these converted to sales. They were in fact chasing
leads to which the response was generally negative, or
already cold by the time they received them from the telesales
company.
Our campaign is producing a similar number of leads,
from potential customers actively seeking their services,
at a fraction of the cost of tele-sales generated leads,
and with a reported 65 - 75% fulfilment rate. A firmer
average fulfilment rate will be possible shortly, once
the campaign has run for a few more weeks.
Our clients paid nothing for their website, hosting etc.
What they DO pay for, are high quality leads at a fraction
of the cost of those generated by other means.
