Who we are.

 

IMK directors, Mark Smith and Ian Greener have been involved in the production of websites and office systems for various clients since 1998. In the early days, we have seen at first hand the results that could be achieved on said clients' behalf. Businesses that had been static for years suddenly expanded dramatically, in one case going from 4 personnel to 30 in less than 2 years after 30 years of virtually no growth. (Those particular clients retired to South Africa shortly after this rapid expansion, having been bought out by a major competitor.) Or clients became vastly more profitable, due to the virtual automation of key aspects of their operations.

Mark and Ian decided that with our proven track record of increasing the profitability of clients, that we should offer not only the sale of websites, but online marketing platforms designed to generate business. These were to be owned wholly by IMK and we were to generate our own revenue solely from the sale of sales leads or by taking a commission on online sales made. Sales and leads were to be generated by websites benefitting from high levels of relevant traffic from the organic listings in the major search engines. It is a direction that has proved lucrative to both IMK and to our client-base.

A case study of note is one client, which after 2 or 3 years of resisting change offered by IMK, finally took on our services. It was, within a few weeks after our back office system going 'live', able to take some 15 personnel off the company switchboard and deploy them to more productive areas of the business. This was due many of the previously time consuming documentation procedures becoming fully automated and more of the business generated was coming from online, rather than conventional advertising and over the phone lines. That company has now also been bought out by their major competitor, a nationally known household name, in order to leave less competition.

In a nutshell, we get paid for performance, not promise. We generate extra business, or optimise business procedures, increasing your profits - or we don't get paid.
